Getting Started   This guide will help you prepare a new bill of quantities, estimate rates, prepare & publish a tender, evaluate tender rates, award the tender and prepare payment certificates. It will also help you plan a project timeline and cashflow and manage project progress. The Getting Started topics will help you open a demo project and explain the program interface and terminology. In this guide a ribbon menu button is referenced as menu > menu button, eg Items > Add. If it appears on more than one menu it is referenced as menu1 | menu2 > menu button.
